There are many ways to compose music. Sometimes a good starting point can be a chord progression, upon which an arrangement and a theme can be built. Since the 1950s, lots of computer generated music algorithms have been experimented. I’m not sure if anyone has done this before, but I had the idea of converting text to chords and I wrote a program for the purpose. It’s called Text to Chord, it’s free and open source and you can download it from the link on this page.
